Coen Bros & Bechdel: The Hudsucker Proxy
The Hudsucker Proxy is generally considered the Coen Brothers’ worst film, and is viewed as their lightest film as it draws its inspiration from screwball comedies of the 40s and 50s (I’d also argue its because Sam Raimi is a co-writer).
